This hot fitness class has hit the east coast! 
 
Sports yoga is not your typical yoga session!  It is a combination of hatha yoga, pilates, martial arts, tai chi and covers traditional sports stretching.  Sports yoga is great for everyone and will help you to learn proper breathing techniques and body alignment which creates optimal health and well being.  There are many health and personal benefits to Sport Yoga, so come on out and give it a try, you will be glad that you did.
 
Classes are being formed now to start in July, so if you are interested please feel out the informational form and we will keep you updated.  Class size is limited and classes will be formed on a first come first serves basis.  If you can not get into any class you will be placed on our waiting list.  Sport Yoga is hot!  and we want to see you in the place to be for awesome Sport Yoga sessions.  Check this page often as we provide Sport Yoga updates.
