(This class only holds 20 participants a time , I recommend you request your free information packet early, This will be a popular class. This class will teach you how to develop mind body wellness as a way of life.)
The basis of mind-body fitness program is the intimate links between the brain, the body, and behavior. It takes into account not just your physical health, but how emotional, spiritual, social, and behavioral factors in your life can affect your body.
Generally, mind-body programs work in a preventive sense, helping to intervene and disrupt the ill effects of outside forces on our health - such as your stress levels or other environmental factors. Mind-body interventions include Tai Chi, Yoga, Qui Gong, Relaxation Response Therapy, Positive Affirmations, Visual Imagery, Mediation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Prayer.

Fateria Johnson:
Is a Holistic Wellness Coach, Certified Stress Management Coach, Certified Mind Body Fitness Specialist, Nutritional Specialist, and is a candidate for certification with a The National Association Of Certified Natural Health Professionals.
Fateria believes that having a Holistic view of our wellness and lifelong education and application, will help to bring about true vitality and health. This is everyone's right, a healthy whole life.
Fateria believes in a drugless approach to helping others and uses that approach to teach about the beneficial properties of holistic wellness practices. She believes that once we began to understand the connection between our mind, body spirit and nature, we are on a path to continuous healing and balance. Changes in one part of our body (physical, mental, emotional or spiritual) will affect the other parts as well.
Fateria is committed to wellness and natural health. She desires to be a vehicle for wellness and healthy change in the lives of others, and continues to build upon her knowledge in the natural health and wellness field .
She holds degree's in Philosophy,Business Administration, Counseling and Chaplaincy and is finishing her doctorate in Traditional Naturopathy.
