This will be a popular class!  Registration is required and there are no walk ins allowed. This class is a great class for relaxation, cardio and body toning and resiliency training.

Open Air Mind Body Fitness :  Get outside of your box!!

The mind body fitness class is a mixture of Yoga, Pilates, Core Conditioning and Body Movements that are sure to give you needed energy, increase your body awareness , reduce stress and help you to maintain
maximum wellness. This class is open to all. It is never too soon or too late to begin a wellness routine. You will find Fateria to be personable, knowledgeable, patient as well as having an understanding of the many needs that busy people have when it comes to fitness and overall wellness. All students will also receive whole
food nutrition tips to deepen their practice after each class.

A student liability form is required before participating in any class.

Please bring a yoga mat for floor exercises and wear comfortable clothing.

This is a basic class and no prerequisites are required, just a willingness to be well and fit, holistically

Anyone interested in natural health needs a whole person understanding of what it takes to be well and an understanding of the basic elements of good nutrition.

Participants will learn the foundational importance of vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, proteins, fats, enzymes and  herbs so that they can use it to help themselves and others. Participants will also create a personal wellness action plan

 

All good health depends on good nutrition as well as proper thought processing.  Effective health programs include the understanding of sound nutrition, from the foods we eat to additional supplementation.  Our body systems work together to process specific nutrients in correct proportions for us to function at optimal levels.  Extensive knowledge of the interaction and utilization of all known nutrients is important in creating your own personal health program.  You will discover the difference between mainstream beliefs and traditional natural health practices regarding nutritional support for every area of the body. It is all about balance.  A sick or diseased body is nothing more than a body out of balance. You do not want to miss this workshop.
