Proper weight management does not just involve eating the right foods, it involves taking a mindful approach.  As a Mind Body Fitness Coach, I understand the importance of proper thinking as it relates to any weight management program. In order when  In order to maintain a healthy weight, one must maintain balance in all four areas of their life.  Physically, Mentally, Emotionally and Spiritually.  An understanding of how these areas are interconnected is important to well being, and will deliver outstanding results. 

 

The first step is to do a personal inventory.  This inventory is not based on a societal standard of beauty, but on how you view yourself in relation to your weight. 

 

The next step is to set a goal.  What is your desired outcome and what steps must be taken in order to reach the mark.  Integrative weight management involves the whole you and the programs developed for you are individual.  No two people are the same.

 

The most important step to me is aligning your thoughts up with how you envision your outcome we call this being mindful and it truly does make the difference. So many people miss the mark here, and they sabotage their own efforts.
